polyamory

TPPP Episode 48 : Hearing Voices

Welcome to another installment of The Triple Po! In the pre-ramble this week, I announce THREE new patrons and a patron who is increasing their pledge! I also read another positive iTunes review. Finally, I remind everyone about Secular Saturday which is coming up this weekend.

On the palaver I speak to Rakeem and Esmerelda of The Outer Voices Podcast. We talk about their podcast; sex; the challenges of being a Black man in the South; polyamory; and much more. It was a great conversation with a couple of awesome people

On the post-ramble, I mention that I will be on PaleoRadio on Monday, July 17th, at 10 am Central, since once again I forgot to mention something in the pre-ramble. The topic will be ‘Is the Atheist Movement Eating Itself Alive?’ It should be an interesting discussion. Y’all should definitely check it out.

TPPP Episode 24 : The Polymath Does Polyamory, Part 2

Welcome to this week’s episode The Podunk Polymath Podcast! In a longer than usual pre-ramble, I basically go on a tipsy rant about Trump’s inauguration and how much I hate the idea of him being President, as well as talk about the Womens’ March and the need for people to resist the horrendous policies that are sure to come down the pike.

On the palaver, I have part 2 of the round table discussion on polyamory. We touch on how they deal with the issue of children in a polyamorous relationship; the issue of jealousy; and other subjects. I think y’all will enjoy the rest of this conversation. I can’t think Shane, Leigh, Kory, Jeannie, Danny, and Heina enough for coming on and talking so candidly about polyamory with me. I learned a lot, and I hope y’all did as well.

On the conclusion, I talk about the fact that I got TWO more patrons, including one at the $5 level! That one wanted to remain anonymous, but one the new patrons is Robert Ray from Secular Yakking and The Original Motto Project! Thank you so much! To close out the show, though, I talk about the need to resist, and that if anyone needs any help of any kind, I will do whatever is in my power to assist. We have to stick together, because I am afraid things are going to get worse before they get better.

TPPP Episode 23 : The Polymath Does Polyamory, Part 1

Thanks for joining me for another episode of The PoPoPo! On the pre-ramble I give the Twitter follower roundup, as well as mention once again that I was on Inciting Incident Podcast.

For the palaver, I host a round-table discussion on polyamory. This episode contains the first part of said discussion, and next week the conclusion will air. My guests were Shane, Jeanne Ikerd, Kory Diggs, Heina Dadabhoy, Leigh, and Daniel Samuelson. Our conversation was informative, funny, and poignant. We talk about what it’s like to be poly; what it’s like to be poly with kids; the divide between the poly and swinger communities; as well as other topics involving polyamory. This was my first palaver with so many people, and it came off incredibly well, mostly due to my exceptional guests. Much thanks to them for doing this show, and thanks to the listeners who take the time to listen.
